Job description

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests.
Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.
The Service Delivery Analyst Intern will support technical implementation activities, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination across Enterprise Technology Group teams. This role will assist with tracking tasks, documenting requirements, communicating status updates, and helping resolve implementation or post-implementation issues.
The intern will gain hands-on experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, support process improvements, and ensure implementation work progresses effectively.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating implementation activities across technical and business teams.

  • Track project tasks, milestones, action items, and deliverables to support timely completion.

  • Help document business requirements, process updates, meeting notes, and implementation details.

  • Support communication of project status, risks, blockers, and next steps to internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in issue tracking and follow-up efforts to help drive resolution across teams.

  • Assist with operational readiness activities, including documentation review, knowledge transfer, and transition support.

  • Support process improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues, workflow gaps, or opportunities to improve execution.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Informatics, Data Analytics, or related field

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
