About The Role


The Client Benefits Specialist supports individuals and families in selecting life insurance solutions that meet their financial protection needs.


In this role, you will work with prospective clients, explain available coverage options, and help guide them through the application process. You will also maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure continued service and support.


This is a performance-based independent contractor role within the life insurance industry, focused on client education, service, and policy placement.


Key Responsibilities


  • Connect with prospective clients using company-provided systems and marketing tools
  • Conduct needs-based conversations to understand each clientโ€™s financial protection goals
  • Educate clients on available life insurance products and coverage options
  • Present solutions in a clear, professional, and compliant manner
  • Assist clients through the application and underwriting process
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up activity
  • Build long-term client relationships through consistent communication and service
  • Ensure all activities comply with insurance regulations and company policies


Qualifications
