Position: Resident Services Coordinator ย 
Location: Highlandsย - North Highlands, CA
Hours:ย Full Time 40 Hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
Job Summary:
Our Resident Services team connects Mutual Housing affordable housing residents with opportunity through a wide range of direct services and community building strategies. Resident Services Coordinators (RSCs) are responsible for providing a variety of services that promote these goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Support residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referrals
  • Provide mediation, crisis support, and coordination with Property Management
  • Build relationships with residents and host communityโ€‘building activities
  • Connect residents with local programs, services, and leadership opportunities
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service plans

Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience in social services (propertyโ€‘based experience a plus)
  • Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, lowโ€‘income communities
  • Strong communication, judgment, and relationshipโ€‘building skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills; CPR/First Aid & food safety certs (provided)
