Berglund Automotive is seeking experienced Automotive F&I Managers to join our group in Roanoke, VA. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving our finance and insurance operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. While many successful team members earn $80,000 to $175,000 annually, top performers can exceed this range through strong sales performance and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Present and explain F&I products and services to customers during the vehicle purchase process.
  • Prepare and process finance contracts, lease agreements, and insurance documents accurately and timely.
  • Work closely with lending institutions to secure financing solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and dealership policies to ensure compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to provide a positive buying experience and encourage repeat business.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on F&I processes and procedures when necessary.
  • Meet or exceed departmental sales and compliance goals on a consistent basis.
