Berglund Luxury Roanoke is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to work with our four luxury franchisesโ€”Range Rover, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, andย Infiniti. This position offers exceptional opportunity for a motivated, results-driven F&I professional who thrives in a luxury sales environment. The successful candidate will bring prior automotive F&I experience, strong performance metrics, and a commitment to providing an elevated ownership experience for every client while maximizing finance and protection product opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the finance and insurance processes for high-end luxury vehicles across our four dealership locations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions, insurance providers, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to financing and insurance transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying and recommending appropriate financial products and services.
  • Train and mentor junior finance staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to maximize revenue and profitability within the finance department.
