Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Filing Clerk to support administrative operations by digitizing and maintaining critical company records. This role focuses heavily on converting paper files into organized digital formats and ensuring accurate document management within Adobe systems. This is a repetitive, process-driven position best suited for someone who is self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable performing structured tasks with a high level of consistency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Digitize and upload large volumes of paper documents into electronic filing systems.

  • Organize, label, and maintain digital files within Adobe and internal systems for accuracy and consistency.

  • Perform quality checks on digitized files to confirm completeness and clarity.

  • Maintain structured filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.

  • Assist with general administrative support and document management tasks.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to organize HR or project-related records.

  • Follow established processes and timelines for document processing.

Essential Skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.18 - $26.60/hr.
