Job Description
In this role, the Executive Assistant provides critical administrative support to the Senior Managing Director and Head of North American Sales and Client Relationships, along with other senior leaders within Blackstone Credit & Insurance. The responsibilities include:
  • Managing highly complex calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, confirming appointments, and partnering closely with other assistants to ensure seamless business coordination.
  • Serving as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating meetings and calls across multiple stakeholders, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to frequent changes and shifting priorities.
  • Distributing weekly calendar summaries with strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment with Senior Managing Directors preferences.
  • Arranging and managing intensive domestic and international travel, including maintaining detailed travel spreadsheets and preparing comprehensive trip packets.
  • Providing detailed itineraries and ensuring all travel logistics are planned, communicated, and executed flawlessly.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting complex expense reports with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
  • Supporting a wide range of ad hoc and special projects as needed.

Expected annual base salary range:
$120,000 - $165,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone's sole discretion.
