About Us

Family First Fiduciary LLC is a family-oriented financial services firm dedicated to putting our clients’ best interests first. As a fiduciary-led agency, we offer transparent, expert guidance in life insurance, wealth protection, and long-term financial planning. Our mission is to treat every client like family, ensuring their financial legacy is secure.

The Role

We are looking for a licensed or license-ready Insurance Agent & Acquisition Specialist to join our growth team. In this role, you aren’t just "selling policies"—you are a trusted advisor. You will be responsible for identifying client needs, educating families on protection products, and managing the full acquisition cycle from initial lead to active policyholder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Sales: Conduct thorough needs-based assessments to recommend life, health, and supplemental insurance products.
  • Lead Management: Proactively follow up on agency leads and generate new business through strategic outreach and networking.
  • Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, guiding them through the application and underwriting process.
  • CRM Excellence: Manage your book of business using our Equis CRM and RingBa to ensure no family is left without the coverage they need.
  • Policy Stewardship: Explain policy riders, benefits, and fiduciary concepts to ensure clients fully understand their protection.
  • AML Excellence: Manage an AML certificate

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensing: An active Life & Health Insurance License is required (or a willingness to obtain one within 30 days).
  • Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, field underwriting, or financial services.
  • Mindset: A "client-first" approach that aligns with our fiduciary standards.
  • Communication: Ability to build instant rapport over the phone or via video consults.
  • Drive: A self-motivated producer who thrives in a performance-based, remote environment.

Why Join Us?

  • High Earning Potential: Competitive weekly pay with a structure designed for top producers.
  • Fiduciary Backing: The pride of working for a firm that prioritizes ethics over high-pressure sales.
  • Growth: Access to training and resources to help you transition into broader wealth management roles.

Also Seeking: Guardian of Peace & Prosperity (Life Insurance Agent)

The Whisper in the Trees Are you a gentle spirit with a silver tongue? We are seeking a dedicated soul to join Family First Fiduciary. We don’t just sell policies; we weave safety nets of moonlight and silver for families in their times of need. If you have the heart of a protector and the drive of a rushing river, your path leads here.

Your Sacred Duties

  • Guide the Wayfarers: Listen to the stories of families and help them find the path to security through Life and Health coverage.

  • Tend the Grove: Build lasting relationships rooted in trust, ensuring every branch of their future is protected.

  • Gather the Harvest: Educate others on the mysteries of IULs and annuities, turning complex scrolls into simple wisdom.

The Essence We Seek

  • The Mark of the State: You must hold (or be ready to receive) a General Lines Life & Health license.

  • A Song of Service: A natural ability to connect with others—warm, empathetic, and vibrant.

  • The Will of the Oak: A self-starting nature. You don't wait for the rain; you find the well.

  • A Clear Voice: Excellent communication skills to explain the magic of financial planning.

The Gifts You Shall Receive

  • Abundant Growth: Uncapped commission structures that grow as tall as the ancient pines.

  • Freedom of the Wilds: A flexible schedule that allows you to roam or rest as your spirit requires.

  • A Supportive Canopy: Guidance and mentorship from a team that honors your growth and professional evolution.

Does the wind call your name? If you are ready to protect the lineage of others and build a legacy of your own, apply to share your journey with us. We await your arrival.

*Background checks for insurance agents are mandatory regulatory requirements designed to protect consumers from fraud and ensure trustworthiness. They are typically initiated when applying for a state license (usually via NIPR) and again when you are hired or contracted by specific insurance carriers.
