Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 + 5% performance bonus


Overview:
This role is pivotal in the planning and pricing of large-scale dredging projects. You will work closely with a team of experts and executive management to design execution plans and develop accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce accurate cost estimates for "hard bid" projects (typically those over $25 million).

  • Review project plans and specifications, and create clear overview drawings for presentations.

  • Present estimates to senior management and support project managers during execution.

  • Update and monitor project costs and budgets throughout the construction phase.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).

  • Experience: Candidate must have experience bidding on projects of at least $25 million or more
