Job description

Summer Data Analyst Intern

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay: $16.60 hourly (37.5 hours weekly)

Department: Data & Analytics

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern for an 8-week summer internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to work directly with the Director of Data on high-impact projects that feed into real reporting and operational systems.

You won't be doing busy work-this role is designed to give you ownership of meaningful projects and exposure to how data drives growth in a PE-backed environment.

What You'll Do

Throughout the internship, you will work on structured data projects, including:

  • Cleaning and standardizing insurance carrier data for reporting accuracy
  • Identifying and analyzing duplicate client records across systems
  • Reconstructing historical revenue using financial and operational data
  • Building organized, reliable datasets used in internal and investor reporting

You'll also receive onboarding, guidance, and support, along with the opportunity to present your work at the end of the program.
