The Impact You Will Have in This Role
As a Product Owner, Data & Analytics, you will drive the delivery of data products, reporting solutions, and analytics capabilities that empower business decisions and operational excellence. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, you will translate business needs into actionable product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
Working in an Agile environment, you'll partner with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders to deliver scalable, high-quality analytics solutions that improve insights, data quality, and business performance.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Gather and translate business requirements into user stories and product features.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog to align with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with business, data, and technology teams to deliver data and analytics solutions.
  • Drive product delivery from planning and development through deployment and continuous enhancement.
  • Promote data quality, governance, usability, and adoption across the organization.
  • Communicate product priorities, roadmap updates, and key deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics, and business processes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Data Management, Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field.

Talent Needed for Success
  • Experience delivering data, analytics, reporting, or business intelligence solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product ownership, backlog management, and user story development.
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable data products and reporting solutions.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, or other modern data platforms.
  • Knowledge of data management, data governance, and data quality principles.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and visualization tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and drive successful outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise reporting, analytics, or data products.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile delivery tools.
  • Understanding of data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics concepts.
  • Experience within Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
