We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative with previous customer service experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, with a base ranging from $18/hour to $23/hour, based on experience, with the potential to earn more through commission and upselling to existing clients, averaging an additional $700/month. Fluency in Spanish is required for consideration.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures ongoing engagement and satisfaction through consistent follow-up practices.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to existing clients by outbound calling for renewals.
  • Process insurance policy payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Answering incoming phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare and issue insurance documents promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure policy changes are processed accurately and in compliance with regulations.
  • Proactively address client needs and concerns to ensure long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • Licensing Requirements:
  • You will be required to obtain a Property and Casualty License (if not already licensed).
  • Reimbursement Program Available
  • Fluency in Spanish is required for consideration.
  • Minimum job tenure of more than 2 years, demonstrating commitment and stability in previous roles with experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
