Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling policy changes, endorsements, billing inquires, minimal claims support, renewals, and general account servicing.
  • Support license sales agents by managing service-related requests, allowing producers to focus on new business development.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between agency management and sales agents to ensure communication, accountability, and follow through.
  • Maintain accurate policy documentation and client records.
  • Identify opportunities to round out accounts and generate cross-selling opportunities while meeting client needs.
  • Ensure agency procedures, compliance standards, and service expectations are consistently followed.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.
  • Process customer policy change requests.
  • Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
  • Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
  • Return all phone messages promptly.

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty Insurance license (Illinois preferred; Indiana is a plus).
  • Minimum of 1 year insurance agency customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products, coverages, and policy servicing.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with agency management systems and carrier platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
