Job description

JMT Staffing has a great opportunity with our growing client in Waltham that is looking to hire a Customer Service Rep on a temporary basis, with potential to go permanent. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for ensuring professional communication and service to clients on a daily basis.


Primary duties include;

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone or email
  • Help to resolve any technical issues
  • Data entry and documentation of conversation and action taken
  • Admin duties as needed


We are looking for candidates with at least 1+ years experience in a similar, professional office customer service role. Our ideal candidate will come with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and intermediate MS Office proficiency.
