Village Dental Family and Sedation Care is excited to hire an Insurance Coordinator. Our insurance team is centrally located in North Raleigh and collaborates to provide insurance support to our 4 locations. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of dental office experience. Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but not required. Our team specializes in:


  • Dental Insurance verifications
  • Insurance breakdowns accurately entered into practice software
  • Explaining dental insurance coverage and benefits to patients
  • Following up on outstanding dental claims
  • Posting insurance payments
