Right Path Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as a full-time independent contractor. • Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Engage in active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and other therapists to provide integrated care.
• Monitor and document client progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards of practice.
• Stay abreast of current therapeutic techniques and research developments, employing evidence-based methodologies in your practice.

Your role will span a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Each session will bring unique challenges and opportunities for growth, catering to a wide spectrum of emotional and behavioral issues. You will be instrumental in fostering a collaborative and non-judgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• A minimum of three (3) years of full-time clinical experience in an outpatient therapy setting.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple caseloads while maintaining high professional standards.

• Experience in clinical research, data collection, and coding, enhancing your ability to evaluate client outcomes and treatment effectiveness.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.
