We're seeking a Client Solutions Manager to join our North Carolina Operations team and serve as a key bridge between our clients, agents, and internal teams. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the world of loan closings or title searching and is energized by improving systems, workflows, and client-facing technology. If you enjoy blending industry expertise with process innovation in a fast-moving, service-focused environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.
Experience with title examination, preparation of preliminary title opinions or commitments required. Knowledge and understanding of title search preferred.

  • Minimum four years of experience with title examination, preparation of preliminary title opinions or commitments.
  • Strong proficiency in the preparation of title opinions or commitments using systems such as SoftPro or Qualia.
  • Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency with advanced use of software functionality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel within North Carolina as needed.
