Description & Expectations

Join our dynamic and friendly team as a Client Services Coordinator! We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to be part of our close-knit group. This is an entry-level position with ample advancement opportunities in a hybrid work environment with flexible hours. As an integral part of our team, you will serve as an office admin and play a crucial role in providing health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies, both on and off the exchange (MNsure).

Responsibilities:

· Become a subject matter expert on our products and services.

· Consult and provide health insurance quotes for Individual and Family policies, both on and off the exchange (MNsure).

· Maintain Health & Accident MN license and carrier appointments in good standing.

· Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

· Clearly communicate in person, virtually, and over the phone.

· Utilize proficient computer skills, including familiarity with MS Outlook Software, Salesforce, and Adobe.

· Multitask and prioritize workflow effectively.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED required.

· Minimum of 5 years of related experience working in a professional setting.

· Active Health Insurance license in resident state or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment (expenses covered by the company).

· Desire to learn and willingness to grow.

· Ability to follow policies and safeguard PHI information.

· Familiarity with IFB Network updates.
