Insurance Customer Service Representative

Seeking to add an exceptional Customer Service Representative to our Leo, IN location team. In this role you will be expected to provide prompt, professional and accurate service to our agency customers. This position is located at our Leo, Indiana office.

Duties Description

  • Must be able to multi-task, remain organized, and communicate effectively
  • Document information provided into our system while speaking with customers
  • Work with agents to quote new business and rewrite existing business
  • Policy data entry
  • Respond to requests from agents, insureds, mortgage companies and insurance companies regarding policies, endorsements, billings and payments.
    • Make appropriate response to written and verbal correspondence and obtain necessary information within authority.
  • Change payment plans or take payments on direct/agency billed policies.
  • Accurately collect and process information for ACH, credit and debit card payments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Docusign and Outlook software.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and work on a team.
  • Be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License
