Senior Application Developer (CA Plex) Location: Remote Interview Process: 1 round, Virtual/Online Duration: 12 Months Employment Type: Contract Experience Required: 15+ Years Candidate location: No SC residency required. Candidate must reside in lower 48 states (Continental US) and comfortable working EST time zone hours. Project Scope: The project involves supporting and enhancing a mission-critical Case Management and Juror Management system built on CA Plex.

The consultant will maintain existing functionality, resolve production issues, develop enhancements, support SQL Server databases, and manage system integrations with external agencies. The role also includes performance tuning, data corrections, documentation, and supporting ongoing modernization efforts to ensure system stability and reliability. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support enterprise Case Management and Juror Management applications built on CA Plex.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Design, develop, and implement enhancements to business rules, workflows, screens, batch processes, and reports. Work within the CA Plex development environment to update objects, functions, and relationships.

Develop and optimize MS SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data fixes. Support integrations with external agencies and third-party systems. Assist with reporting, data extracts, and data warehouse support.

Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams. Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years of CA Plex development experience. 15+ years of experience supporting Judicial Case Management Systems.

15+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience. 10+ years of experience developing interfaces that exchange court data with external agencies. 10+ years of experience deploying and supporting applications in distributed environments.

10+ years of technical documentation experience. Preferred Skills: Experience with court or judicial systems. Experience with C++, Java, or .NET development

API integration experience. Data warehousing experience. Experience with Always On Availability Groups.

Azure DevOps experience. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
