Patient Care Coordinator

At PreservEndo, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional endodontic care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care, and we are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing team.

Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Patient Care Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and positive experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent communication skills, efficiency in multi-tasking, and a strong team-player mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, manage the check-in and check-out process, and ensure all patient information is accurate.
  • Handle dental insurance verification, collect co-payments, and manage billing inquiries.
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage the office calendar efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls and emails promptly, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Communicate with referring offices and follow up with patients as necessary.
  • Prepare daily schedules for the clinical team and ensure all appointments are properly coordinated.
  • Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and daily office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Dental insurance verification experience
  • Strong phone experience and professional telephone etiquette
  • Appointment scheduling experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
