An Insurance Call Center Service Representative assists customers over the phone with inquiries related to insurance policies, billing, claims, and coverage options. They help resolve issues, provide information about products and services, and process policy changes or updates as requested by customers. Representatives are trained to handle a wide range of questions and concerns professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
