About This Role

As a Digital Sales Insurance Broker, you'll be responsible for selling commercial insurance products to warm leads provided by Morison Insurance. This role is all about connecting with prospective clients through digital channels, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions with professionalism and care. If you're a results-driven individual who excels in a digital environment and enjoys helping people protect what matters most, this is the role for you.


What You'll Do

    • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming personal insurance leads
    • Use our lead management system to manage and track opportunities
    • Provide potential clients with expert advice and outstanding customer service
    • Match client needs with the best insurance solutions available
    • Follow established sales procedures and meet sales performance targets
    • Adhere to in-house underwriting guidelines and industry compliance standards
    • Accurately document all conversations and correspondence with clients and insurers
    • Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the sales process and client experience


    What We're Looking For

    • RIBO license
    • Strong communication skills with confidence in customer-facing conversations
    • Previous customer service or sales experience
    • Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Valid G-class driver's license
    • Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for teamwork
    • Industry designations (CAIB, CIP) are a plus
    • Experience with CRM systems or lead management platforms is an asset

    • Monday-Friday schedule (8:30am-4:30pm) with early Friday closures during long weekends (May-October)
