BluePearl Pet Hospital in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a detail-oriented & compassionate Veterinary Technician to join our Internal Medicine team!
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am-6pm
Pay: $22.15 - $44.00 / hour + competitive shift differentials
This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool. Candidates with VTS credentialing are eligible for compensation commensurate with experience.
As an IM Veterinary Technician, you will...
  • Set up constant rate infusions (CRI).
  • Calculates all medical math including advanced and CRI (mcg/mg, %/mg, etc.).
  • Induce, monitor and recover anesthesia
  • Set up for ultrasound and radiology procedures.
  • Set up and assist with endoscopic procedures (GI, nasal, urinary, airway). Clean and maintain equipment following procedure.
  • Discharge IM patients from the hospital, including basic client education such as insulin injection, SQ fluid, and feeding tube demonstrations.
  • Additional job duties as assigned.
