At All American Home Care, we help seniors receive quality care in the comfort of their own homes. As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be one of the first people families speak with when they contact us. Your job is to guide them through the process, answer their questions, verify insurance, and help them get started with home care services as quickly as possible.

This role includes a competitive base salary plus commissions.
What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from patients, families, and referral sources
  • Call families to gather the information needed to begin home care services
  • Verify insurance eligibility, including Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs)
  • Explain our services and answer questions about the admission process
  • Follow up with families to complete paperwork and move each referral forward
  • Keep accurate notes and update all activity in Zoho CRM
  • Work closely with our coordination and recruitment department to help patients start care as quickly as possible
  • Manage multiple referrals while keeping every case organized and on track
  • Provide excellent customer service during every interaction

What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, healthcare, patient intake, customer service, or insurance
  • Associate or Bachelor degree in Administration Business, Healthcare, Marketing or similar field
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable speaking with families in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Ability to stay organized while managing multiple cases
  • Experience using a CRM system (Zoho is a plus)
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, or managed care insurance is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred
