Job Description URGENT: Spanish Life Insurance Agent – Outside Sales & Enrollment Specialist (Chicago, IL) 2 Licensed Agents Needed Immediately | Busy Enrollments Next Month

Immediate Hiring Need

ERB is urgently hiring 2 licensed Life Insurance Agents to support a heavy enrollment schedule next month.

We currently have 8 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment, creating immediate opportunities for licensed agents who are ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away.

This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support.

Commission-based role with built-in Stipend support.

How You Get Paid

1. Get Paid While You Work

  • You receive a regular stipend every two weeks while running enrollment meetings
  • This gives you immediate cash flow from day one

2. Earn Commission From Your Production

  • You earn commissions from the employees you enroll
  • Commissions are paid after policies are confirmed by the carrier

How It Works Together

  • You get paid early while doing the work
  • Later, when commissions are released, everything is matched to your production

If your commission is higher, you get paid the remaining balance.

You receive your full earnings based on what you produced.

Support post‑enrollment follow‑ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.

Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.

Qualifications

Active Life & Health Insurance License (Accident preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, benefits enrollment, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.

Experience with public sector, municipal, or union‑based enrollments is a plus.

Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
