Role Description This full-time Insurance Agent role at FTC Agency is a hybrid position based in The Woodlands, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. The Insurance Agent will consult with prospective and existing clients to understand their coverage needs, present tailored insurance products, and assist in policy selection and enrollment. Daily responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, preparing quotes, explaining policy terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
