FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Purpose
The Agent Assistant contributes to the success of the company by providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the office. This role handles organizational and clerical tasks, supports executives with scheduling, manages information confidentially, and ensures smooth office workflows.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the office.
  2. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, binding, and scanning.
  3. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for executive leadership, including a the CEO.
  4. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  5. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries.
  6. Conduct data entry with accuracy and timeliness.
  7. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and email.
  8. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing assigned projects as needed.
  9. Important: Prioritizing and handling a heavy call volume from clients and prospects
Qualifications
Education amp; Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
