LifeSpan Home Care is seeking a PAS Case Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our Odessa team and help coordinate high-quality, person-centered care for individuals in need of support.

What You'll Do:
As a PAS Case Manager/Administrative Assistant , you'll oversee and coordinate services across multiple home care programs, ensuring clients receive the care they need while supporting staff and maintaining compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
• Supervising Personal Assistance Services (PAS) and Community Care Program staff
• Coordinating billing, scheduling, and staff communication
• Conducting supervisory visits and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Communicating with state and MCO caseworkers regarding client needs and service updates
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting staff training and development
• Assisting with budget planning , hiring efforts, and quality assurance
• Participating in case conferences, meetings, and in-services
• Traveling to client homes and community activities as needed
✅ What You Bring:
2+ years of supervisory experience or 2 years of college coursework
PAS program management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of home care rules and regulations
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Typing speed of 35 WPM with 80% accuracy
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
