AV-Rated Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm in Fort Myers is currently seeking a full-time Legal Assistant / Paralegal with 3+ years of experience in personal injury law or as insurance adjuster or case manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Client communications.
  • Follow-up on case management items.
  • Manage attorney calendars/ scheduling.
  • Obtain medical bills and records.
  • Drafting settlement demand packages.
  • Drafting emails, letters, and legal documents.
  • Ability to provide excellent client service.

Requirements:

  • Strong education background.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Computer skills required - proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, Power Point & Excel, prior experience with Aderant legal case management software a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • 3+ years prior legal experience, with prior experience in personal injury law or as insurance adjuster / case manager a plus.
