Job description

As a Legal Case Manager, you’ll be the central point of contact for clients and a key player in moving cases forward. You'll work closely with clients, coordinate medical treatment, and assist your attorney in building strong, organized, and successful cases. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping people — we want to hear from you.
This is a Temporary role that will convert to a permanent role.
 
 Responsibilities: 
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish 
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the duration of their case 
  • Collaborate closely under a direct attorney to support case strategy and execution 
  • Coordinate client medical treatment and track ongoing care 
  • Gather, analyze, and organize medical records and billing 
  • Assist in preparing demand packages and case documentation 
  • Maintain detailed, organized, and up-to-date digital case files 
  • Ensure timely case progression and proactive client updates 
Qualifications: 
  • Bilingual - English & Spanish (required) 
  • Previous experience as a Litigation Case Manager is highly preferred 
  • Pre-litigation experience is required.  
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a legal case management role or as an insurance adjuster handling injury claims 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
