Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Reconstruction Sales Professional with strong expertise in construction, restoration, and repair project sales. This role is responsible for generating reconstruction opportunities, developing customer relationships, preparing estimates, and managing the sales process from initial assessment through project handoff. The ideal candidate has experience with reconstruction projects, estimating, customer communication, and coordinating with project teams to deliver successful repair solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage reconstruction sales opportunities following restoration or property damage events

  • Meet with property owners, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders to assess reconstruction needs

  • Evaluate project scopes, site conditions, and repair requirements

  • Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and project documentation

  • Explain reconstruction solutions, timelines, and project details clearly to customers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
