What You'll Do 
As an Insurance Account Manager, you'll be a trusted resource for clients throughout their insurance journey. You will: 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service 
  • Assist clients with policy reviews, renewals, coverage changes, and claims support 
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen coverage and provide additional value

What We're Looking For 
We're looking for an insurance professional who combines industry expertise with a passion for helping clients navigate important coverage decisions.  You'll be successful in this role if you: 
  • Hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred 
  • Have at least two years of personal lines insurance account management experience 
  • Possess a strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, rating procedures, underwriting guidelines, and industry operations 
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills 
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with confidence and professionalism 
  • Can analyze client needs, present coverage options, and recommend solutions that provide meaningful protection 
  • Have the ability to resolve complex customer issues with tact, urgency, and sound judgment 
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Are comfortable using agency management systems and other technology tools to support client service and account management 
  • Take ownership of your work while collaborating effectively with teammates and carrier partners
