Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Account Associate / Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support and help ensure smooth daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate is organized, licensed, and comfortable handling a variety of clerical tasks. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and document preparation.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to insurance policies, including processing forms and updating client information.
