Mike Sawyer State Farm is seeking a dependable, customer-centered Account Manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and ensuring clients stay fully protected. In this role, you'll manage existing accounts, assist with policy updates, and identify opportunities within our current book of business to expand coverage and enhance client relationships.
This is a licensed position (Property & Casualty and Life & Health required). If you're not yet licensed, we provide full support and paid training to help you obtain the necessary credentials.
Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you'll provide dedicated service to our established clients while supporting agency growth through in-book sales. You'll help customers understand their coverage, manage updates and renewals, and ensure each client receives the guidance and protection they deserve. Your ability to build rapport and offer thoughtful product recommendations will play a key role in retention and long-term satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Excellent Customer Service
