We are seeking energetic, bilingual, and motivated 440/220 Licensed Insurance Agents to join our high-performing team in Miami FL. Responsibilities Sell and service a full range of homeowners insurance products. Consistently achieve and exceed sales performance targets. Handle inbound customer calls, addressing questions, comments, and concerns with professionalism.

Deliver outstanding customer service support, ensuring every interaction reflects our standards of excellence. Conduct outbound calls as needed to generate new business and maintain client relationships. Exercise sound judgment in customer service decisions to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements Active 440 or 220 Property & Casualty License (Required). Bilingual (English & Spanish). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to prioritize customer needs. Motivated, disciplined, and results-driven work ethic. MUST HAVE HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE EXPERIENCE Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay structure and bonuses based on performance.
