Chaparral is seeking skilled Insulators with experience in commercial and light industrial insulation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and insulation techniques, with the ability to adapt and work effectively in various environments.
Experience preferred - but will train qualified applicants as well.
Position Description
NO EXPERINCE NEEDED
  • As an Insulation helper you will be partnered up with an Insulation Mechanic to learn all the skills of a Commercial and Industrial Insulation installer.
  • You will be taught how to install Insulation on HVAC ducts, pipes, and equipment as well as Plumbing systems and Industrial piping.
  • There will be plenty of opportunities to advance and become an Insulation Mechanic, Foreman, General Foreman and even a Superintendent.
  • With the amount of construction going on across the US, the insulation trade is a great industry with a lot of growth potential and job security

Qualified candidates should have experience installing some of the following materials:
  • Duct Wrap
  • Duct Board
  • Fiberglass Pipe Covering
  • Armaflex Pipe Covering and Sheeting
  • Foam glass Insulation
  • Phenolic Insulation
  • Urethane Insulation
  • PVC or Aluminum jacketing
  • Work well with others
  • Experience in related field a plus, but will train -
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass random drug testing

Must have your own tools (tool belt, tape measure, hand tools, knife, end cutters, aviation snips, dividers and scissors)
