We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Insulation Technician to join our USA Insulation of Fairfax County team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality insulation solutions.
Job Summary:
As an Insulation Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper installation of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings. Your work will contribute to energy efficiency, temperature regulation, and the overall comfort of our clients' spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in insulation installation, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install a variety of insulation materials, such as fiberglass, foam, or cellulose, in residential and commercial properties.
  • Assess job sites and determine the type and quantity of insulation required for each project.
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces accurately.
  • Seal gaps and joints to ensure effective insulation and energy efficiency.
  • Safely operate equipment, such as blowers or sprayers, to distribute insulation materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Earning with incentives: $46,000/year plus paid overtime
  • 2 weeks paid vacation plus holiday break from 24 Dec to 2 Jan, and most federal holidays
  • Comprehensive training provided in Cleveland, Ohio, in October 2025 (travel, lodging, and training costs covered, plus a $25/day per diem) plus $800 salary for the week.
