We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Sales Representative specializing in Spray Foam Insulation to join our All-Tech Insulation amp; Exteriors team in Clarksville, TN. This position supports customers across Clarksville and the surrounding Tennessee and Kentucky communities. The role focuses on promoting and selling spray foam insulation solutions to residential and commercial customers, educating them on the performance benefits of spray foam, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience in construction-related sales, a strong grasp of building performance concepts, and the ability to translate technical product knowledge into tailored customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell spray foam insulation products and services to residential and commercial customers.
  • Educate customers on the energy efficiency, comfort, and building performance benefits of spray foam insulation compared to traditional insulation methods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and referral growth.
  • Generate new sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and onsite visits.
  • Perform onsite assessments, including attics, crawl spaces, and other job areas, to evaluate customer needs, measurements, and project specifications.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and bids tailored to each customer's spray foam insulation project.
  • Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment, proper product application, and a smooth customer experience.
  • Track bids, sales activities, and customer interactions using CRM and internal systems.
  • Monitor competitor products, pricing, and marketplace trends related to spray foam and insulation solutions.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on pipeline status, sales results, and customer follow-ups.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
Required
  • 3+ years of sales experience in insulation, building products, or construction-related sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort performing onsite assessments in varied physical conditions, including attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Preferred
  • Experience selling spray foam insulation or other building performance/energy efficiency products.
  • Working knowledge of spray foam systems, application methods, and building science fundamentals.
  • Existing relationships with builders, contractors, or homeowners in the Clarksville, TN and surrounding Tennessee/Kentucky market.
