Job description

Therma Seal Insulation Systems is looking for hardworking, reliable, and detail-

oriented Insulation Installers and Spray Foam Insulation Installers to join our crew.

Whether you are an experienced professional or someone looking to learn a valuable

trade, we want to hear from you!


Duties Responsibilities:

* Loading/Unloading Materials: Safely load equipment and insulation materials

for the day and unload them at the job site.

* Insulation Removal: Removal of existing insulation from attic spaces.

* Installation: Install wall and ceiling insulation efficiently and to code, specifically

working with foil, fiberglass, mineral wool products, and spray foam.

* Site Prep: Set up plastic protection at job sites to safeguard the property and

contain debris.

* Clean Up: Keep job sites clean and organized, and ensure all unused materials

are properly returned to the warehouse at the end of the day.

What We Are Looking For:

* Experience: Experience is preferred, but not required—we are willing to train

the right candidate!

* Bonus Skills: Familiarity with heavy equipment/machinery to fix on-site issues is

highly desired.

* Physical Stamina: Ability to work in tight or confined spaces, stand for long

periods, and lift heavy materials as needed.

* Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude.

* Requirements: Must have reliable transportation to our morning meeting

location off N Military Trail in West Palm Beach before heading out to job

sites.
