Job Overview

Haynes Insulation LLC is looking for two full-time Insulation Installers to join our Field Operations team. This hands-on role requires a dependable and hardworking individual who is not afraid to get dirty while working in attics and crawlspaces. You'll install fiberglass batts and blown-in insulation for residential properties, ensuring energy efficiency and long-lasting comfort for homeowners. Key Responsibilities
  • Install fiberglass insulation in attics, walls, and crawlspaces to industry standards

  • Work on both new construction and retrofit residential projects

  • Lift and carry insulation materials (up to 60 lbs) across job sites

  • Navigate confined spaces, including attics and crawlspaces

  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance

  • Collaborate with team members and site supervisors

  • Follow all safety procedures and use PPE properly

Qualifications
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 60 lbs regularly

  • Minimum 2 years of insulation experience preferred

  • Comfortable with extended periods of climbing, crawling, bending, and standing

  • Not afraid of confined, dirty, or dusty environments

  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to follow instructions

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Valid drivers license is a plus
