Job description

OneSparQ is looking for a Commissioning Technician for a food and beverage manufacturing company. This is an 8 week project supporting startup and commissioning activities for a new bottling and liquid processing operation.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in commissioning, instrumentation, electrical controls, or industrial manufacturing environments
  • Hands-on experience with 24VDC control systems, analog and digital signals, and pressure, temperature, and flow instrumentation
  • Experience performing Point-to-Point checkout and troubleshooting field devices, wiring, signals, valves, and process equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and electrical/instrumentation documentation
  • Experience troubleshooting pneumatic systems and components

Additional Skills

  • Food and beverage manufacturing experience, including liquid processing or bottling operations
  • Exposure to Rockwell PLC and HMI systems
  • PlantPAx experience
  • Basic PLC and controls knowledge
  • Lift certification or training
