Job description

Department: Fabrication Planning & Production Control
Referral Bonus: $500.00 USD
Summary
Responsible for installing, servicing and repairing of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment: consistently work to meet customer specification in a neat timely and accurate manner, excellent communications skills.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
  • Read and interpret P&ID, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to perform installation.
  • Lay out, measure and bend tubing base on the specifications of the drawing to fit the design packages insuring a safe and functional system.
  • Able to understand customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
  • Measures, cuts, assembles tubing tray and support systems.
  • Installing tubing and clamps into tubing tray systems.
  • Measures, cuts, ream, bends, assemble and install single line and group of tubing.
  • Proficient in the use of tools of the trade.
  • Able to recognize and avoid safety hazards and dangers.
  • All above functions performed with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
โ€ข High School Diploma or GED desired.
โ€ข Ability to read and interpret P&ID, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to perform installation.
โ€ข Ability to lay out, measure and bend tubing base on the specifications of the drawing to fit the design packages insuring a safe and functional system.
โ€ข Must be able to understand customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
โ€ข Knowledge of various pneumatic and hydraulics systems.
โ€ข All above functions performed with minimal supervision.
