Responsibilities
  • Lead safe, energetic, and inspiring Reformer Pilates classes for members of all experience levels.
  • Deliver an exceptional member experience before, during, and after every class.
  • Build authentic relationships with members and celebrate their progress.
  • Provide thoughtful coaching, modifications, and encouragement.
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, cleanliness, and studio presentation.
  • Participate in studio events, community outreach, and special programming.
  • Support fellow instructors and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
  • Help establish the traditions and positive culture of our founding studio.
