Lead dynamic, high-energy classes that leave members smiling and coming back for more. As aGroup Fitness Instructor, you'll partner with our Group Fitness Director and team to deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience-building community, boosting confidence, and turning great workouts into unforgettable member moments.
What you'll do:
  • Lead safe, effective, and seriously fun group classes that exceed member expectations.
  • Create a positive, inclusive class vibe and coach members toward their goals.
  • Greet members before class, high-five after, and build relationships that keep them inspired.
  • Promote club programs (PT, Mind&Body, Aquatics, Kids) and upcoming events.
  • Track attendance/schedule in MotionVibe, follow payroll procedures, and keep simple class stats.
  • Keep studios spotless: reset equipment and report any maintenance or safety issues.
  • Stay current: maintain certifications and attend required team meetings/trainings.
  • Support the schedule: follow sub policies and help cover as needed.
  • Be flexible-early mornings, evenings, and weekends happen here!
