An Instructor Manager plays a key role in mentoring and guiding instructors by providing ongoing feedback, organizing professional development sessions, and facilitating regular team meetings to discuss best practices. They often conduct classroom observations and offer constructive advice to help instructors improve their teaching methods. Additionally, Instructor Managers coordinate schedules, manage conflict resolution, and act as a bridge between instructors and upper management to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This collaborative approach helps foster a supportive work environment and encourages continuous growth for both individual instructors and the team as a whole.

What are Instructor Managers?

Instructor Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of instructors within an educational or training organization. They handle tasks such as hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating instructors to ensure high-quality teaching and program delivery.
