Job Summary
Bold Vision Career LLC is seeking a qualified and dependable Healthcare Instructor to join our growing training team in Rochester, NY.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about teaching and helping students begin rewarding careers in healthcare. This role includes classroom instruction, skills lab training, and clinical supervision for our CNA, PCA, and HHA programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Teach students in CNA, PCA, and HHA training programs
  • Provide classroom instruction and hands-on skills training
  • Conduct competency evaluations and student assessments
  • Supervise students during clinical rotations (when applicable)
  • Maintain attendance, grades, and required documentation
  • Ensure compliance with New York State Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Education (DOE/NYSED) standards
  • Prepare students for certification, employment, and career readiness
  • Create a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment
Qualifications and Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
