Nursing Assistant Instructor

Position Summary:
The Nursing Assistant Instructor is responsible to teach, evaluate, and maintain records for the Nursing Assistant Training Program. This position promotes quality care through the development of knowledge, skills, and attitude of staff.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in Minnesota AND 2 years of licensed experience which can include LPN; 1 year must be in a provision of Long-term Care

  • Completion of Train the Trainer course through the Minneapolis Community Technical College.

  • Successfully completed or will seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care
