Instructional DesignerLocation: Birmingham, AL (ONSITE)Client: Southern Company ServicesContract: 6 MonthsPosition SummaryThe Instructional Designer will leverage instructional design and multimedia expertise to analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate, and maintain high-quality training curriculum and content. This role supports organizational learning by creating engaging eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and other instructional resources.

The ideal candidate applies proven instructional design theories, practices, and methodologies, and collaborates closely with customers and stakeholders to define learning and performance objectives that drive measurable results.
