Become one of ourSales Associatesby fulfilling the merchandising needs of our grocery-related customers through stocking the shelves and building andmaintainingdisplays and partnering up with nationally recognized customers such asWalmart,Publix, Targetand more.Become an ambassador of world-famous brands likeOreo, Ritz,belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuitamong other delicious industry-leading snacks.

What are themain responsibilities?

  • Carry out instore visits according to Mondelez' visit methodto cover any teammate as needed.

  • Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions.

  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz,Belvita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit among others) are well represented,stocked,andmaintainedthrough the implementation of Mondelez' guidelinesfor merchandising.

  • Ensurethe SalesRepresentative's negotiations with store managers are being followed and communicate any issueswithMondelezmanagement team.

  • Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficientin-storeservice.

  • Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.

  • Work in conjunction with the Merchandisers to ensure inventory is fully stocked,rotated,and presentableat all times.

  • Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state in which the personresides), U.S. passport, or federal ID.Thisrolewillserviceamilitarybasefacilitywhereitisa federalrequirementtohaveavalidREAL IDdriver'slicense, U.S.passport,orfederal IDtoaccess.

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.

  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment and to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs. This includes physically moving our products from the stock rooms and stocking thestoreshelves.

  • Live within 25-35 miles range from the primarylocation:Salt Lake City, UT

  • Ability to drive to secondary locations:Orem, UT, Pocatello, ID, Provo UT

  • Full schedule availabilityrequired.

  • Mondelez International also offers a company vehicle, which includes a gas card and vehicle maintenance program.

Salary and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
