Construction / Mechanical Helper – Career Training | $56K–$65K

Indianapolis, IN | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Have 1–3 years of construction, apprentice, warehouse, automotive, maintenance, or other hands-on experience? Turn those skills into a career.

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Construction / Mechanical Helper to train in commercial equipment installation.

You don't need years of specialized mechanical experience. We'll provide paid, hands-on training.

If you're comfortable using tools, mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn more, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Learn
  • Install and set up commercial equipment
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Assemble, connect, adjust, and test equipment
  • Work with basic mechanical, plumbing, and electrical components
  • Troubleshoot installation problems
  • Work independently as your skills grow
  • Communicate with customers and show them how to use their equipment
