About the Position

We are looking for a motivated and dependable Entry-Level Epoxy Installer Apprentice to join our growing flooring team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced installers on commercial and industrial flooring projects throughout the Indianapolis area.

No prior epoxy experience is required โ€” we are willing to train someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in construction, coatings, concrete, or skilled trades who wants long-term career growth.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Assist with installation of epoxy, urethane, and resinous flooring systems
  • Help prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, patching, and cleaning
  • Mix and apply coating materials under supervision
  • Move materials, tools, and equipment safely on job sites
  • Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas
  • Travel to local job sites with crew members
  • Support team leads with daily project tasks
